Site work for a water / sewer project in Yorktown, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work for which proposals are to be received is for construction of approximately 500 feet of hybrid ditch and all associated structures and grading work, replacement of six (6) driveway culverts, and approximately 50 feet of 12 storm sewer along the West Jackson Street corridor in the vicinity of the West Jackson Street and North 600 West intersection in Yorktown, Indiana. Work also includes connection to the existing storm sewer system along West Jackson Street. Question Deadline 06/04/2025 Each bid shall be accompanied by an acceptable certified check made payable to the Yorktown Town Council or an acceptable bid bond in the amount equal to 10% of the total bid A Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% of the Contract price will be required from the Contractor to whom the work is awarded. The Owner reserves the right to retain any and all bids
