Town of Yorktown will receive sealed bids for construction of the following project: The River Road & Tiger Drive Trails Project, including new pathway pavement, storm water work and other related improvements. The project is located in two areas, along River Road between Woodland Trails Blvd. and Nebo Rd. and along Tiger Drive between the White River and approx. 900' south of River Rd. in the Town of Yorktown, Delaware County, Indiana. Subcontractors, small, minority or women owned enterprises, and other interested parties are invited to attend. No Bid will be considered unless submitted on a copy of the printed Proposal Form in the Bidding Documents. Bidders must obtain Bidding Documents from FlatLand Resources to be included in the project plan holders list to ensure proper notification of any Addendum. Failure to obtain Bidding Documents in this manner may be deemed as non-responsive and may result in Bid rejection. Bids shall be submitted on State Board of Accounts Form #96 along with a properly signed Affidavit of Non-Collusion. A 10% bid bond or certified check will be required with the bid and shall be made payable to the Town of Yorktown. A performance bond equal to the contract price and a payment bond to insure the payment of subconA-tractors, material suppliers, contract laborers and persons furnishing services will be required upon award of contract. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for opening bids without the written consent of the Town of Yorktown. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all irregularities in any or all bids.
