Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Yorktown, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field.
Sealed bids will be received for the complete construction of the project under one or more prime contracts. The Construction Manager will manage the construction. Construction shall be in full accordance with the Bidding Documents, which may be examined at the office of the Construction Manager or on the designated plan room website. Prime and non-prime contract bidders must place an order on the plan room website to download or request printed documents; downloading is free, while printed documents are at the bidder's expense. Wage Scale does not apply to this project. Bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid must accompany each bid. Successful bidders will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of their contract amount prior to contract execution. Bids may be submitted for the performance of any work as specified in the building project. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or combination of bids and to waive irregularities in bidding. All bids may be held for up to 60 days before awarding contracts.
