Renovation of an educational facility in Yorktown, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 105,000-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.

The project consists of the Yorktown High School Reroofing Project. All bidding and construction shall be in accordance with construction documents prepared by Duro-Last Roofing TIPS Program, which can only be obtained from the mandatory roof walk. Prospective bidders will be required to sign in and show valid ID and business card. Qualifications for bidders will be distributed at the mandatory roof walk meeting. The contract will be awarded to the most responsive and responsible bidder complying with all local licensing and the conditions for bidding, provided the bid is reasonable and in the best interest of Yorktown Community Schools. Yorktown Community Schools reserves the right to reject the bid of any or all bidders in accordance with Indiana Code 36-1-12. Bids not received by the submission deadline will not be opened and will be returned unopened to the original bidder.
