Olyphant Borough 2025 Paving Project: Base Bid: Paving of Adams Avenue (East Scott Street to Elm Street), Agnes Street (East Scott Street to Elm Street), and East Lackawanna Avenue (Alice Street to Corporate Way); consisting of the following: approximately 10,525 S.Y. of Superpave Wearing Course 1-1/2" Depth, 8,400 S.Y. of Milling approximately 1-1/2" Depth, 7,000 L.F. of Bituminous Curb, and any related work The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashiers check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Olyphant Borough. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informality in the bidding requirements. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the undersigned within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the undersigned agrees to execute and deliver the Agreement in the form prescribed by Olyphant Borough or forfeit said Bid Security. Pennsylvania State Prevailing Wages will apply to this contract. The contract documents contain requirements regarding prevailing labor wage rates, labor standards, nondiscrimination in hiring practices and related matter, including Performance and Payment Bonds, Workers Compensation and Liability Insurance. The Bid proposal shall be submitted in a sealed envelope containing the Bid, Bid Bond (or other approved bid security), Unit Price Sheet, Anti-Collusion Affidavit and Public Works Employment Verification Form, it shall be addressed to the Olyphant Borough Managers Office, Olyphant Municipal Building, 113 Willow Avenue, Olyphant, PA 18447 and it shall be plainly marked with the wording "Proposal for Olyphant Borough 2025 Paving Project-Bid Package".
