Site work and paving for a road / highway in Fleetwood, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Road paving project in the Borough, for the fRollowing work: Milling and paving intersections, removal of material and compacting subbase and placement of 4" 19mm 0-.3 ESALS PG-64-22 SRL "M" in accordance with PUB 408 Current Edition, at locations to be marked by the Borough, including the following intersections: North Chestnut Street and West Greenway Street, North Maple Street and West Greenway Street, West Greenway Street and Forest Street, and Salem Circle and Forest Street. All work must be completed and invoiced to the Borough by September 15, 2025, or liquidated damages shall apply at the rate of $850.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be on forms furnished by the Borough. A Performance Bond or certified check and Payment Bond or certified check in the amounts of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price shall be furnished by the successful bidder within twenty (20) business days after the contract is awarded, along with an Anti-Collusion Affidavit, Workmen's Compensation Act Affidavit and insurance certificates. No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the written consent of the Borough. The Borough reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to reject any part of any proposal and to waive informalities.
