This project includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a new 60-foot by 30-foot pole building at the Fleetwood Wastewater Treatment Facility. All site work, including preparation of the building pad, will be completed by the Owner. Each Bidder must meet the requirements of the Public Works Employment Verification Act, Act 127 of 2012. Any and all steel products used or supplied in the performance of the contract or any subcontracts shall be made in the United States. The Fleetwood Borough Authority hereby reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, to waive any informalities or technicalities, and to act in its own best interest. Except as otherwise provided by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for sixty (60) days after the Bid Due Date, unless the contract award is delayed by a required approval of another government agency, the sale of bonds, or the award of a grant or grants. In such cases, bids shall remain open and irrevocable for one hundred twenty (120) days after the Bid Due Date.
