Site work for a municipal facility in Fleetwood, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight, dewatering controls, work area safety measures, and mobilization required to provide E&S Controls and complete the stream restoration scope including: in-stream grading, gravel bar removal, purchase and installation of timber log protection, storm pipe, inlet, grading for floodplain mitigation features, landscaping, and all other related site work as indicated or reasonably implied in the contract documents. Question Deadline 01/21/2026 at 4:00 PM ET Bidders and Sub-bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request via Online. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. Fleetwood Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days. Anticipated Notice of Award: Monday, February 9, 2026. 2. Anticipated Notice to Proceed: Monday, March 2, 2026. 3. Substantial Completion: Friday, Friday, May 15, 2026. 4. Final Completion: Friday, May 22, 2026.
