Renovation of a water / sewer project in Holland, Michigan. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The City of Wyoming operates and maintains a 120-million-gallon-per-day drinking water plant located in Holland, Michigan, near the shore of Lake Michigan. The City is seeking a consultant to provide engineering, design, bidding, and project oversight services for the addition of a third plant generator, as well as engineering support for upgrading the existing generator control system. Question Deadline 06/27/2025 Questions about or requests for interpretation of this request for bids/proposals, any of the plans and specifications, or any bid/proposal requirements may be directed via e-mail to Dan.Kleinheksel@wyomingmi.gov. No questions or interpretations will be issued later than 4 days before the due date for bids. If it is an annual contract, pricing must be good for 1 year after the date the contract is approved and signed by City. April - June 2026 - Construction bidding and award. If a bid bond is required, it must be in the amount of 5.0% of the bid amount Payment bonds are required for any contract exceeding $50,000 for the construction, alteration, or repair of any City building, public work or improvement. Performance bonds are required for any contract exceeding $50,000 for the construction . The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
