Remodeling of a municipal facility in Holland, Michigan. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
As of August 7, 2025 this project was awarded to GDK Construction in the amount of $390,968 (Base bid + Alternate) The intent of this Bid request is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete project named 5- 6311 City of Holland - City Hall Clerk Office Remodel. Anticipated Award of Contract: July 16, 2025 Anticipated Start of Construction: August 27, 2025 Anticipated Substantial Completion: January 30, 2026 Bids shall be accompanied by a security deposit as follows: 1. Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. 2. Certified check in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid Amount. All bidders must indicate, where shown on the Proposal Form, the cost of Performance and Labor and Material Bonds covering 100% of the value of the Project. Do NOT include the cost of the Bonds in the Base Bid. Question Deadline 06/19/2025 Clarifications requested by bidders must be in writing not less than 7 days before date set for receipt of bids. The reply will be in the form of an Addendum, a copy of which will be forwarded to known recipients.
