Repair/restoration of work areas and HVAC system. E. The abatement work comprises removal of asbestos containing materials. Asbestos presents a serious health risk to humans. The work is governed by local, state and federal rules, regulations and laws. The Contractor agrees by accepting the contract that he has full responsibility for the health and safety of his staff and all people who come in contact with the work site.
