The City of Eagle Pass ("CITY") is seeking Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive landscape, groundskeeping, and turf maintenance services at various City-owned locations, including but not limited to parks, municipal buildings, rights-of-way, and the Eagle Pass Sports Complex. The CITY intends to establish a contract with a qualified individual, firm, or corporation to deliver turnkey services, including all necessary equipment, labor, and materials to maintain both natural and synthetic turf areas as well as surrounding landscaped environments. Work shall include, but is not limited to: Mowing and edging of natural grass areas Grooming, levelling, and infill top-off of synthetic turf fields Fertilization and weed control Tree and shrub trimming Mulching of ornamental beds and planters De-weeding of landscaped and paved areas Power washing of sidewalks, bleachers, hardscapes, and other public surfaces Sweeping and debris removal in parking lots and pathways General grounds clean-up, including trash pickup and disposal Routine inspection and maintenance of irrigation systems and water pumps Reporting of any hazardous conditions or facility-related concerns observed during service Seasonal adjustments and recommendations for turf health and appearance. Services are expected to be performed at a high standard of professionalism and consistency across all designated properties. Specific service schedules, frequencies, and location maps will be provided as part of the awarded contract. Award of the contract will be based on the evaluation criteria outlined within this RFP. All interested Proposers are encouraged to review this document thoroughly and submit a complete CSP for consideration. No Bid Bond is requested for this RFP. Payment Bond: If contract exceeds $50,000.00, a payment bond for the full amount of the proposal is required from the successful offeror prior to the commencement of work. Performance Bond: If contract exceeds $100,000.00, a payment bond for the full amount of the proposal is required from the successful offeror prior to the commencement of work. Respondent's Proposal shall include the following items in the following sequence, noted with the appropriate heading as indicated below. If Respondent is proposing as a team or joint venture, provide the same information for each member of the team or joint venture. The City reserves the right to enter into agreement with a single award, split awards, non-awards or use any combination that best serves the interest and at the sole discretion of the City.
