The City of Eagle Pass (CITY) is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) from qualified Contractors for Door Maintenance, Repair, and Hardware Installation Services at the International Center for Trade (ICT) . The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: preventive maintenance and servicing of commercial-grade wood and metal doors, removal and replacement of door hardware (including closers, latches, and panic devices), alignment and adjustment of doors, and furnishing all necessary materials, labor, tools, and equipment for a fully operational and code-compliant installation. Work will also include implementation of a two-year post-installation preventive maintenance plan. All work shall be performed on-site at the ICT and coordinated to minimize disruption to daily operations.
