Project has been rebid The City of Eagle Pass (CITY) is soliciting proposals under RFP#2025-031 from qualified and experienced vendors for the design and construction of a prefabricated Recycling Center facility. The scope of this project includes the engineering and installation of a prefabricated building, construction of a reinforced concrete slab foundation, connection to all necessary utilities (water, sewer, and electrical), and the inclusion of interior spaces such as an office area and breakroom. This project is intended to deliver a turnkey solution that meets the CITY's operational needs for recycling services while ensuring compliance with applicable building codes and standards. The selected vendor will be responsible for all aspects of the project, including design, permitting (as applicable), site preparation, fabrication, delivery, installation, and finish-out of interior spaces. The CITY shall select the Offeror that submits the proposal offering the best overall value based on: (1) the evaluation criteria set forth in this Request for Proposals and their respective weighted values; and (2) the final ranking determined through the CITY's evaluation process.
