The City of Eagle Pass is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) from qualified contractors to design, furnish, and install a complete energy-efficient trail lighting system at Jando Guedea Park. This project aims to enhance safety, visibility, and usability of the park trail during evening hours while preserving the park's natural aesthetic and ensuring minimal light pollution. The CITY will select the proposal that represents the best overall value based on: (1) the evaluation criteria and weighted values outlined in this RFP; and (2) the final ranking determined through the CITY's evaluation process. Interested parties are instructed to carefully review this entire RFP before preparing a response. Vendors interested in providing media and advertising services must submit written proposals in accordance with the specifications outlined herein. The CITY will not accept late submissions for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, courier delays, misdeliveries, or technical issues not directly caused by the CITY or its agents. As Eagle Pass is considered a remote location by many couriers, vendors are strongly advised to allow ample time for delivery and not rely solely on overnight services.
