Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Eagle Pass, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.

The Port of Eagle Pass Signage Project involves the design, fabrication, and installation of a permanent wall-mounted sign on the retaining wall located along Ward Street, on the right-hand side as vehicles approach the Port of Entry bridge. The sign will display the official Port of Eagle Pass logo and the words "Port of Eagle Pass, Texas." While suggested measurements have been provided, vendors are encouraged to visit the site and propose final dimensions that maximize visibility and aesthetic impact. This will be a turnkey project--all electrical work, including lighting and power connections, must be completed by the awarded vendor as part of their proposal. The signage must be securely installed using high-quality, weather-resistant materials and must remain visible in both daytime and nighttime conditions, either through integrated lighting or reflective finishes. Interested parties are instructed to carefully examine this entire RFP. Vendors interested in providing services for this project must submit written proposals in accordance with the specifications outlined herein. The CITY will not accept late submissions, including but not limited to, misdirected deliveries, courier delays, or technical issues not directly caused by the CITY or its representatives. Eagle Pass is considered a remote delivery location by many couriers; proposers should allow adequate time for delivery and not assume overnight service will guarantee timely arrival. Electronic Submissions Not Accepted: The CITY does not accept proposals submitted online. Location The City ofEagle Pass is located in Maverick County in the southwest region ofthe State ofTexas.
