Reference Number 0000385401 Purchase Type: Term: 09/20/2025 02:00 AM EDT - 09/19/2026 02:00 AM EDT Option: 4 x 1 year renewals Jefferson County Public Library (JCPL) is seeking a qualified and professional supplier to perform janitorial services, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and Emergency / Bio-hazard services in all 11 locations throughout Jefferson County, Colorado. JCPL invites suppliers who can provide all of these services to submit a proposal. JCPL's goal is to select the best qualified supplier to provide regular daily, weekly, annual, day porter and emergency janitorial services with competitive pricing. JCPL requires its facilities to be cleaned and maintained at the highest standards of professional services. Janitorial cleaning products required in the performance of these services shall meet as a minimum, Green Seal Product Standards. The RFP and subsequent contract are for all services and one qualified vendor must provide them all as we will not split the services between suppliers. JCPL includes 14 separate buildings all in Jefferson County, which is comprised of 11 library locations, Library Administration (AD) which is connected to the Lakewood Library, a Library Service Center (LSC), along with the Facilities (FAC) Department Building and Foundation (FN), all totaling approximately over 250,000 sqft of cleaning space. Library locations are open 7 days per week while Administration, Library Service Center, Facilities and Foundation are primarily operating M-F only.
