Reference Number 0000389716 The City of Arvada is seeking qualifications and subsequent contract with a supplier of liquid CO2 that is capable of supplying and delivering bulk loads of CO2 that meets ANSI/NSF 60 and AWWA B510-18 standards. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required The contract shall commence on the date determined in the final negotiated agreement. The Contract may also include the option for contract renewals following the initial one (1) year period, up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods. Continuation of the contract beyond the initial period is a City prerogative and not a right of the vendor. Unless otherwise notified in writing, the option period shall become automatic at the end of the original period. The prices or discounts quoted in this Solicitation shall prevail for one year from the effective date of the contract. During the option period(s), the City may consider an adjustment to pricing. Awarded vendor/s may submit proposed new rates, if applicable, in writing with proper documentation to the City for review and approval. Any approved new rates shall remain in effect for a period of one year. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any/all proposed increases that may apply.
