Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Skokomish Nation, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project provides for constructing a recycle transfer building and associated office and paved circulation on the Skokomish Indian Tribe Reservation. Improvements include clearing and grubbing, asphalt pavement removal, excavation including haul, surfacing, paving, storm drainage improvements, illumination system additions, replacing/ retrofitting existing luminaires, miscellaneous removals, traffic control, and other work shown on the Plans. The range of the Engineers opinion of probable construction cost is: $400,000 to $450,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
