Question Deadline 02/27/2026 at 3:00 PM PT Questions about the RFB must be submitted via e-mail or in writing to the Single Point of Contact Brent Kellogg bkellogg@skokomish.org The project provides for constructing a 21-lot housing development on the Skokomish Indian Tribe reservation. Work will include grading, stormwater collection, roadway construction, extension of the water main, installation of a gravity sewer with a lift station, site stabilization, and coordination with Mason County PUD. A separate future phase will include concrete work, electrical and lighting work, and finishing work. Installation must comply with HUD, Build America Buy America (BABA), and American Iron and Steel (AIS) requirements. All bids must be submitted on prescribed forms in a sealed envelope clearly marked as stated, and bidders are to access bid documents online, register, and check periodically for addenda. A bid bond is required. The Skokomish Indian Tribe reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities in bidding, and will not waive sovereign immunity for this project. The range of the Engineer's opinion of probable construction cost is: $1,750,000 to $2,250,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
