This Project has a Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) goal. See the DBE Special Provisions for requirements. Construction Start Date: 01/07/2025 Construction End Date: 31/12/2025 The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities.
