Work includes structural repairs, compliance with provided plans and specifications, and adherence to a detailed bidding and contract process overseen by Wade Trim Associates. Bids may not be withdrawn for the period of 90 days after date of receiving bids. City of Taylor reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bids should it consider same to be in its best interest. City of Taylor further reserves the right to award all or part of the bid as budget allows.
