GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The City of Palm Coast is seeking bids from qualified contractors to replace 50 feet of 12-inch sewer main and remove an existing manhole structure approximately 4 feet deep. The project, located at (29.577538, -81.214174) on Florida Park Drive near the intersection of Forest Hill Drive, includes raising the sewer main with two 22.5 MJ fittings to correct elevation issues, excavation, full pavement restoration with OPTIONAL BASE, BASE GROUP 09, and pavement with Asphalt Concrete Friction Course, Traffic C, FC-9.5, PG 76-22, 1.5. Bypass pumping and a detour with approved Maintenance of Traffic plans are required. The Citys Budget and Procurement Office is the main point of contact for this solicitation.
