Renovation of a municipal facility in Asheville, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Asheville seeks Professional Engineering and Architecture Design services to address the repair and replacement of engineering and architectural building components, and limited site elements, "8 River Arts Place", due to damage caused by Tropical Storm Helene. The Consultant must have familiarity with federal regulations, permitting, and procurement policies related to FEMA Public Assistance (PA) funded projects. The Consultant should have an understanding of the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation of historic properties.
