Renovation of a municipal facility in Millerton, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. Remove existing shingles down to original decking. 2. Replace decking and fascia (aluminum wrapped, color matched) where necessary with appropriate size and grade. 3. Install 6' of ice and water shield on eaves and 3' on rakes and valleys. 4. Install new synthetic underlayment, drip edge, flashing, counterflashing, pipe boots, exhaust vents, starter shingles, and 30-year architectural shingles, ridge vent and chimney flashing. 5. All shingles to be installed with high wind nailing pattern. 6. Shingles shall be supplied in the color "Charcoal" All contractors and subcontractors submitting bids or performing construction work on public work projects or private projects covered by Article 8 of the Labor Law are required to register with the New York State Department of Labor under Labor Law Section 220-i.
