As of July 31, 2025, project was awarded to XL Construction, awarded amount is $186,682.35. The Project consists of the removal, recoating, and reinstallation of Spiral Lift Pump No. 206 as well as recoating and grouting of the other spiral lift pumps as required. The allotted time for construction is to be 90 consecutive calendar days. Work must be completed by Nov. 1, 2025. Cleveland Utilities Separate sealed Bids for furnishing of all labor, tools, equipment, and appliances necessary for the rehabilitation of spiral lift pump #206 and annual preventative maintenance coating and grout repair of the remaining 5 spiral lift pumps at the Hiwassee River Wastewater Treatment Plant. No bid may be withdrawn within 45 days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. All questions should be directed to Greg Clark.
