Site work for a mixed-use development in Santa Cruz, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project to be performed consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation required to complete the Project, with a scope of work to generally include, but is not limited to, the following: installation of traffic striping, markings, curb and posts and traffic signs. All other work not mentioned above that is required by the plans, City Standard Specifications, State Standard Specifications and the Special Provisions shall be performed, placed, constructed or installed. (the "Work").
