**As of August 4, 2025, project was awarded to Brothers Asphalt Paving, Inc, awarded amount is $1,423,661.68** The Village of Algonquin is accepting sealed bids for the 2025 MFT Pavement Management Program which includes roadway resurfacing, curb/gutter, sidewalk, and driveway replacement. Other elements include bike path removal and resurfacing, parking lot pavement removal and resurfacing, drainage/utility lid adjustments, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown on the plans and special provisions. All work must comply with Illinois Prevailing Wage laws, state labor requirements, Public Act 30 ILCS 570, and Equal Employment Opportunity laws. A 5% bid security, along with 100% performance and labor/ material bonds, is required. The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any bids.
