Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh, 412 Boulevard of the Allies, 6th Floor - Procurement Department, Pittsburgh, PA 15219. The Authority is contemplating the award of a professional service contract, or contracts, for an initial term of three (3) years with two (2), one (1) year extension options for a total of five (5) years, in the form of the Contract (Attachment A) through this solicitation process.
