Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Missoula, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
The work generally includes demolition and removal of existing facilities, excavation and embankment, new construction of curb, sidewalk, trail, storm drain facilities, signing, striping, topsoil and seeding, and related work in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. Question Deadline 06/26/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be submitted in writing to the Engineer, Stephen McDaniel, P.E., of WGM Group, Inc. (smcdaniel@wgmgroup.com). The project is funded by the BCTA, with local and grant funding sources, and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local regulations as indicated within the specifications. All work must be substantially complete within 45-calendar days after the commencement date stated in the notice to proceed. Notice to proceed is flexible, with completion required by September 30, 2025.
