Renovation of a transportation facility in Missoula, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Scope: The major elements of work are divided into two bidding projects: Phase-1 (Building Modernization Project): replaces items such as the existing elevator, new LED lighting throughout the facility, new fiber terminations, automated controls for the boilers, enhance HVAC cooling, replace the roof hatch, replace the blinds in the control cab, replace the sign on the exterior of the building Phase-2 (Equipment Acquisition and Installation): replaces equipment such as navigational aids, weather, and communication equipment in ATCT. Location: The Airport is located off Highway 10 West, approximately 4-miles northwest of the City of Missoula, in Missoula County, Montana. The Airport will select one contractor based on the lowest, responsive, and responsible bid submittal that fits within their budget.
