Deadline for submitting written questions Wednesday, July 2, 2025, 5:00 PM The County anticipates this will be a phased, multi-year project, with an overall goal to complete within approximately 3 to 5 years, subject to annual funding availability. The County currently has funding to initiate Phase 1 of the project. The selected consultant will be expected to help prioritize efforts and structure the work into logical, manageable phases, with each phase anticipated to last approximately one year. The offeror may not modify, withdraw, or cancel a Submission for a 120-day period following the RFQ due date. Missoula County is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from experienced firms to support the County's compliance with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act by conducting a countywide ADA Self-Evaluation and developing a long-term Transition Plan. The selected firm will assist in assessing existing facilities, services, programs, and policies to identify barriers to access and recommend phased strategies for improvement. This RFQ represents the first phase of a two-part selection process. This phase will be used to identify a shortlist of qualified firms based solely on their experience, qualifications, and demonstrated expertise in ADA compliance. No pricing, workplans, or cost proposals should be submitted at this time. Shortlisted firms will be invited to respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP) in the second round.
