This project involves the identification, excavation, and repair of localized frost boil failures in the listed roadways below. Respondents will be required to break and remove small sections of affected roadway while maintaining traffic flow, remove unstable subgrade material, and restore the road structure using approved backfill and surface materials. The work must be carried out efficiently, with minimal disruption to the public and in compliance with all applicable safety and environmental regulations. The successful proponent will be responsible for traffic control during project execution hours.
