Uplands Blvd N a. Curb extensions and side-mounted RRFB on both sides of the roadway. 5. 40 Ave N / BlackWolf Blvd N & 13 St N (Scenic Dr N) a. Installation of traffic calming curbs and concrete surfacing. 6. 18 Ave N & 18 St N a. Curb extensions and side-mounted RRFB on both sides of the roadway. Construction Period April 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026 7. 3 Avenue N & Stafford Dr N a. Curb extensions the north sides of the roadway, and addition of traffic signals. Full road closures are not permitted for this project. The contractor must provide a traffic accommodation plan that maintains pedestrian facility and two-way traffic along the corridor throughout the duration of construction. Flag protection is an acceptable method for managing traffic flow. Adjacent sites, such as Red Crow and Jerry Potts, must not be closed simultaneously; work at these locations must be staged separately. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals prior to commencing work.
