“The owner has determined a prequalified list of general contractors." SCIP 21/22 EG AHU Humidifier Replacement: Provide labor, material, equipment, and insurance to replace humidifiers for AH-6 and AH-7; and the building steam generator. A project Alternate to replace steam pipes on floor #1 may be included. Construction Duration: 100 Calendar Days Prequalification questionnaires must be received via email to laditam@uci.edu by 5:00 PM on June 27, 2025. UCI reserves the right to reject any or all responses to this notice, to waive non-material irregularities, and to deem Contractors prequalified for the project. To prequalify, Contractors must agree to comply with all conditions including state prevailing wages, 10% bid bond, 100% payment and performance bonds, and insurance requirements. General "B" and/or C-20 Subcontractor California Contractors Licenses are required. The successful Bidder shall pay all persons providing services and/or any labor on site, including any University __cpLocation, no less than the UC Fair Wage (defined as $15 per hour) and shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local working condition requirements.
