The project is expected to be awarded on August 19th, 2025.** Traffic Signal System Improvements on Main Street & Barstow Road For questions or additional assistance, please call 760.255.5122 The scope of work under this project includes traffic signal system improvements at 13 signalized intersections on Main Street & Barstow Road as specified in Section 1.3 Bid Schedule. The improvements include furnishing and installing traffic signal controllers, GPS Time clocks, 2010 Signal Monitors, new signal vehicle heads, countdown pedestrian heads, pedestrian push buttons, Emergency Vehicle Preemption System (EVP), and fully functional Video Detection System, all in accordance with the City of Barstow and CALTRANS Standard Specifications.
