Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Little Rock, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of July 16th, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** This project involves the removal and reconstruction of curb and gutter, sidewalks, and the construction of an ADA-accessible bus loading platform. The platform is designed to integrate seamlessly with the existing bicycle lanes by incorporating ramps that allow bicycles to safely cross over the bus loading area. Proper pavement striping and signage will also be installed to enhance safety, improve visibility, and ensure clear navigation for all users. Additionally, existing stone curbs will be carefully removed and stored for future use by the City of 245Little Rock. At one designated location, new curb and gutter, sidewalk, signage and striping will be installed in preparation for a modular bus platform to be provided and installed by others. Question Deadline 06/27/2025 at 5:00 PM CT Online Portal The City of Little Rock Public Works Department, Civil Engineering Division, is seeking a qualified General Contractor to provide comprehensive heavy construction services for the 7th Street Bicycle Ramps project. The project manual did not include the construction schedule. We added 245 calendar days after receiving Notice to Proceed.
