Site work for a water / sewer project in Throop, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work shall consist of restoration of approximately 85 L.F. of eroded channel at the outfall of the wastewater treatment plant with R-7 riprap bank protection. Bids will only be received from interested parties who have requested and received bid documents from the Owner. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified bank treasurers check, certified cashiers check or a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid. All bids shall remain irrevocable for sixty (60) days after opening unless award is delayed due to the required approval of another government agency, in which case the bids shall be irrevocable for one hundred twenty (120) days in compliance with Act 317 of 1978. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities Question Deadline 07/03/2025 Bidders requesting clarification shall submit such request to the Owner in writing no later than seven (7) days prior to the bid date.
