Renovation of a municipal facility in Throop, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,395-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.
The project involves the removal of approximately 5,395 square feet of a combination of Polyurethane Foam and EPDM roofs and installation of new polyisocyanurate insulation and EPDM roof, with associated work. Bids must be addressed to Throop Borough and plainly marked with the wording "Bid for Throop Borough Building Low-Slope EPDM Roof Replacement." Bids must include a certified/cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, a Non-Collusion Affidavit of Prime Bidder, Statement of Bidders Qualification, Employment Verification Form, Equal Employment Opportunity Affidavit, and Contractor Integrity Clause. The successful bidder will need to provide a Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Warranty Bond. Only registered parties may bid. Bids remain irrevocable for sixty (60) days after opening. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Provisions of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act apply. All bidder's questions shall be accepted via email until 4:00 P.M., Tuesday, November 11, 2025.
