Reference Number 0000389892 The City of Melvindale Civic Arena Field House Parking Lot Rehabilitation includes rehabilitating the existing asphalt parking lot surrounding the field house building, which involves pulverizing the existing asphalt and overlaying it with new asphalt. The project also includes full-depth concrete driveway and sidewalk replacement on the south (front) side of the building. The project also includes utility structure adjustments, concrete collars around structures, and parking lot striping. The anticipated start date, weather permitting, is July 15, 2025 and substantially completed by August 29, 2025 with final completion by September 12, 2025. Location- 4300 S Dearborn St Melvindale, MI 48122 Question Deadline 06/17/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No, All Requests for Information (RFI) are due by and shall be directed to Nick Yuvan by email at nryuvan@hengineers.com. Bidders must deposit, with their bid, surety in the form of a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 90 days after the date of bid opened. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids.
