The Project consists of removal of existing pavers and landscape area and construction of two new walls, walkway and concrete sidewalks. In addition, removal of existing electric wiring and conduit and installation of new conduit and wiring to proposed lights as shown on the associated drawings. The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to The Borough of Old Forge. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the successful bidder within ten (10) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the said bidder agrees to execute and deliver the Project Agreement in the form prescribed by the Borough or forfeit said Bid Bond.
