The Project Consists of Preservation Work of a Single Span Steel Plate Through Girder Bridge Addressing Priority Maintenance Items of the Existing Structure Carrying Sr 3017 Traffic Over the Lackawanna River. Preservation Items for the Existing Structure Include Repair and Painting of the Existing Structural Steel, Heat Straitening Repairs, Elastomer Waterproofing, Resetting or Replacing Bridge Railing and Railing Posts, Spall Repairs, and Scarification and Polyester Polymer Concrete Overlay.
