The Atlantic City Expressway 2025 Fall Resurfacing Program consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials and performing all the work required to mill and resurface the Westbound and Eastbound Atlantic City Expressway including both shoulders. The areas to be milled and resurfaced for the three (3) base bids are as follows: Base Bid 1 Westbound Atlantic City Expressway from Milepost 0.3 (McGahn Bridge) to Milepost 3.0, Eastbound Atlantic City Expressway from Milepost 2.5 to Milepost 0.3 (McGahn Bridge) Base Bid 2 Westbound Atlantic City Expressway from Milepost 0.3 (McGahn Bridge) to Milepost 3.0, Eastbound Atlantic City Expressway from Milepost 2.5 to Milepost 0.3 (McGahn Bridge), Westbound Interchange 2 On Ramp and Eastbound Interchange 38 Off and On Ramps Base Bid 3 Westbound Atlantic City Expressway from Milepost 0.3 (McGahn Bridge) to Milepost 3.0, Eastbound Atlantic City Expressway from Milepost 2.5 to Milepost 0.3 (McGahn Bridge), Westbound Interchange 2 On Ramp, Eastbound Interchange 38 Off and On Ramps and Eastbound Interchange 4 On Ramp Additionally steel beam guide rail shall be removed and replaced with current MASH complaint guide rail along the resurfacing limits and extending to the Pleasantville Toll Plaza along the eastbound and westbound right shoulder only. A Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the TOTAL BID PRICE but not to exceed $20,000.00, is required to accompany all bid submissions. In order to bid this project, the bidder shall be pre-qualified under one (1) of the following NJDOT Class Codes: The bidder shall be prequalified at the time of bid submission.
