The Atlantic City Municipal Utilities Authority is requesting Bid proposals for the project listed below. Atlantic City Municipal Utilities Authority assumes no responsibility for delays in the mail or delivery service causing the Bid to not be received at the designated place and time, as specified above. Bids are to bepresented to the Purchasing Office in sealed envelopes marked: BID NAME: IFB#25-05 FURNISHING & DELIVERING OF HIGHCALCIUM HYDRATED LIME DUE DATE: __06/04/2025____ at 11:00 AM, Prevailing Time Bid closings will be June 30, 2025 -March 30, 2026 The Atlantic City Municipal Utilities Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive immaterial information. The form must be filled out inits entirety and the Bid package will be sent to you at the email you provided within three (3) business days. Bids must be made on standard proposal forms in the manner designated therein required by the Specifications, must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of bidder and name of project on outside and addressed to the Atlantic City Municipal Utilities Authority and must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid,provided said check need not be more than $20,000 nor shall not be less than $500 and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above.
