Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ashland, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; detention facility; and detention facility.
The project scope includes limited site clearing, selective demolition of existing concrete pavement, earthwork, installation of new segmental retaining wall systems, new compacted gravel paving, new heavy duty concrete paving, protective bollards and site hydroseeding for restoration. Estimated Length of Project: 90 (Substantial Completion) + 30 (Final Completion) All Technical Questions Shall Be Emailed to the Architect/engineer of Record for This Project. All Procurement Questions Shall Be Directed to Buyer of Record for This Project. Question Deadline 06/29/2025 All questions regarding the meaning or interpretation of the bidding documents shall be directed in writing to the purchasing officer. Unless otherwise specified in the Solicitation, questions received less than ten (10) calendar days prior to the date for receipt of bids may not be answered.
