As a federally assisted project, contractors and subcontractors performing work under this advertisement are bound by the requirements of Executive Order 11246 as amended by Executive Order 11375; Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; Section 109 of Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 as amended; Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968; the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986; and the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act.
