FY 2022 Capital Improvement Project - Spring Park Sanitary Sewer. The construction of Spring Park Sanitary Sewer consists of replacing 6" diameter sewer behind the homes from 1534 to 1500 29 th Street with approximately 750 linear feet of new 8" PVC SDR35 diameter sewer, seven-4' diameter manholes, reconnection of the service laterals by licensed plumber, both private and public cleanouts, demolition of an existing retaining wall, along with associated site grading, and related appurtenances, together with all related work as specified and shown on the Drawings. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each BIDDER must deposit with his Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No BIDDER may withdraw his Bid within ninety (90) consecutive calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. All Contractors questions regarding this project must be in writing and e-mailed to badkins@ashlandky.gov or faxed to 606.385.3338 at least 5 days prior to the bid date.
