City of Edmonds Request for Qualifications Citywide Lighting Improvement Project Project: Citywide Lighting Improvement Project Scope: The City of Edmonds, Washington, is Soliciting a Statement of Qualification (Soq) From Individuals or Firms Interested in Providing Professional Services for the Design Phase of the Citywide Lighting Improvement Project. The Information Can Also Be Reviewed at the Engineering Counter on the 2nd Floor of City Hall. This is a Federally-funded Project. The Project is Funded by the Highway Safety Improvement Program (Hsip). No Dbe Consultant Goal Has Been Established for This Project With a 10% Voluntary Sbe. The Consultant Contract Will Be a Negotiated Hourly Rate Contract. All Prospective Consultants Must Be Advised That Federally Funded Projects Are Held to Federal Equal Employment Opportunity (Eeo) Requirements.
