Great Rivers Greenway (Developer) is soliciting electronic bids via Bid Express for GRG Bid#2025-010-732F Dardenne Greenway: Signage Replacement Project (732F) in St. Charles County and Cottleville, Missouri and St. Peters, Missouri. This work consists of the demolition of older, existing signs and the installation of new wayfinding and interpretive signs by various methods and includes furnishing all material, labor, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for the construction of the items herein described, in accordance with all the requirements represented in the attached drawings and the specifications. Simultaneously with delivery of executed Contract, Contractor shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in amount of 100% of total Contract sum, as security for both faithful performance of Contract and for payment of all persons performing or furnishing labor, materials or supplies on the project under this Contract as specified in Contract Documents. Surety on the bond shall be a duly authorized surety company approved by District, A 5% Bid Security in the form specified in the bidding documents is required. Participation Goals for the project are 25% MBE and 5% WBE . The District reserves the right to waive informalities in bids, and to reject any and all bids submitted.
