Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Cottleville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The proposed work includes the furnishing of materials, tools, equipment and labor necessary for the CENTER FOR ADVANCED SKILLS TRAINING IN LAW ENFORCEMENT FACILITY, Bid Number: 25-043. Phase 1A work has already been completed and included the overall site mass grading and a portion of the necessary storm system. Phase 1B work has also been completed and included the installation of the main site power, portions of specific site grading needed for the firing range, installation of the firing range structure and associated storm system needs. The firing range will be active while the remaining portions are in construction for Phase 2 work. Phase 2 Work for the remaining site buildout needs include, but not limited to, the following: Classroom building, Simunition Building, Fleet Building, Pavillion building, Emergency Vehicle Operations Course, Observation Tower, Lift Station, & General Site Grading and Underground Utility Installations. Bids must be submitted on the appropriate bid forms provided. A Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) is required. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the bid opening. The City of O'Fallon, Missouri retains the right to reject any or all bids submitted. The wage rates applicable to this project have been determined as required by law and are set forth in the detailed specifications. All methods, procedures, equipment, and workmanship used for the completion of this project must be in accordance with the attached Contract Documents. Question Deadline 07/03/2025 at 5:00 PM CT All final requests for clarifications, RFI's, or questions on these bidding documents must be received. The enclosed Request for Information (RFI) form shall be used for all submittals.
